I was never really sold on the concept of a gym until I was convinced to try this one. All I can say is WOW. The facility is astounding. Everything is so impeccably clean. There are plenty of machines available at all times, even during times I thought the place would be packed.The trainers are so friendly infact whole of Kinetix ambiance is family like. But far and away the best part is the knowledge they provide you with. Diet plays so much part in our lives I never knew it before.I highly recommend this place and yes Thank you a million Kinetix for everything you do for your members.

This is an incredible place to work out in Islamabad. The gym is reasonably equipped with all the advance work out machineries. Facility is clean and hygienic The staff is amazing very polite and professional in dealing with their clients. All in all they have done a wonderful job to establish this great location. The best gym in Islamabad. Once you join there’s no going back. Unlike other gyms, KinetiX actually makes you feel at home. I am training with Dawood - just 30 minutes of workout and a diet plan that includes white rice and white bread. The result? I’m losing weight on the scale and inches off my body. Workout has never been so interesting for me.
