Poor product quality and a completely made up refund policy that they say you have passed by a day. Better buy electronics elsewhere and not get scammed as the store sells products with a broken seal, already used.

Poor product quality. Bought a new Ps4 which had a messed up controller and felt like it was used. Same for the console itself. Had to sell it for a loss.

The store has lots of games but a little bit expensive

Very bad experience. Overpriced gadgets. F***d dealing staff. Especially, there is a small height douche GAY, who will treat you very poorly and has ZERO knowledge about consoles, gaming or gadgets. :-P :-P (I don't know the name of that stupid). I asked him about Jailbreak of my PS VITA and he said me that you have to buy minimum 16 GB memory card then we will send your PS VITA to our workshop in Lahore, where our Engineers will Jailbreak your VITA and this whole process will cost almost Rs.5000/- .After searching for 2 to 3 hours on internet I found a free 2 Minutes method to jailbreak my VITA. I wouldn't recommend this store. Please don't waste your money by buying consoles or gadgets from Kkkkkkiran Stupid Electronics. Its better to buy gadgets, consoles, dvds from OLX or from someone else instead of this F****g store...

This place sells second hand products and passes them off as brand new. Purchased packaged memory cards and game consoles with other people's data on them. Offers no warranty and products tend to be faulty when you try to use them. Games are overpriced, you can buy them cheaper online.

I buy most my gaming needs from Kiran electronics there staff is cooperative and always try to give a good service

Best shop and they have everything fine with them and some people's says that hey sale fake and used consoles

Assad Afridi Please be aware the owner of the shop is involved in selling repacked and refurbished ps4 /Xbox ...they will never give you reciet so that u can't claim it next day ....I bought ps4 brand new paid 85000rs when came home and open the box the game console was all scratched it was used ...went back they said we don't have return police..I argued and challenged them then they deducted 20000 rs ..jus for opening the box ....they re fraudy...

Bought a ps4 game from them, and the disc was corrupted, went back to change it they said it was problem at your end and not the game, bought that game from a different store and it was working perfectly fine, they think they are the real deal, when there are better and bigger shops in RWP/ISB, don't buy anything from them Period
