I have visited it many times. It is a nice and a good society for family living. Roots international

I have visited it many times. It is a nice and a good society for family living. Roots international school is there for kids and one masjid is also near to main entrance from Peshawar Islamabad grand truck road side. Very less commercial area which have one grocery, one pharmacy and one Allied Bank branch. They are extending it and its new gate which is under construction from Brahma Bahter road side will have easy in/out facility to Peshawar motor way. Good construction theme with green belts. Gas facility is not available till now.

Kohistan enclave is the Best place to live it's a peaceful society with disciplined security. For investment point of view kohistan has reached to a whole new level. People who invested in kohistan are now enjoying the fruits of their harvest. But that doesn't mean it's not the right time to invest in real estate sector. Yess ofcource it is because society is increasing its boundaries and development is still going.

Give respectful positions to females they are not only for welcoming and entertainment. Make separate counter of info and payment for females if you really interested in their safe job placement. Most Importantly Remove upward stechos placed on main gate. It seems like we are going to enter in circuses :p
