This hospital is in the middle of Islamabad heart, Blue Area at the main Jinnah Avenue. This is a conversation of Kulsum Plaza into Kulsum Hospital. This hospital is now very well known for Heart bypass surgery. But other departments are also run by consultant doctors. It's physiotherapy department is also one of the best in town. This hospital is second to Shaifa International Hospital. Kulsum Plaza is among very first multistory building of Islamabad, even before the construction of Jinnah Avenue.

Money makers. Their first, second and third priority is money then patients. Maybe other doctors are good but DR HAMID ZEB KHAN is definitely a money maker only. He prescribed 8 different tests for a very minor condition that can be cured by a good dermatologist, when he prescribed those tests costing 12,000 I immediately asked for the consultation refund and went to another hospital and spoke to another doctor who prescribed only one general blood test costing 500rs. In one sitting he cured my condition very well. PLEASE AVOID DR HAMID ZEB (unless you like spending money).

They have some great specialist's, like Dr. Simi Skin Specialist and Dr. Iqbal Said Ullah Heart Specialist. So you should know your doctor before going to these kinds of hospital

This is the worst hospital I have ever been to in my whole life. My grandma was feeling really ill for the past 3 months and we thinking that Kuls was a great hospital decided to do all her tests and consults here, however the doctors are incredibly inhumane and disrespectful. They don’t have any idea about how to treat their patients. After being called into the cabin of the doctor, he was on the phone with someone else for 20 minutes whilst my grandma was suffering with extreme pain right next to him. And Allah forbid you ever have to meet Dr. Nighat Bilal. She is ill mannered, disrespectful, cruel and down right mean. She didn’t even listen to one word we had to say and started making up her own judgements and upon telling her that we had consulted another doctor at the same hospital before, she completely disregarded him and his diagnosis. It’s not even about the money, we want doctors who are kind and really genuinely want to help the patients so even if our money is taken we won’t mind, but this is not the case at Kulsum. at this hospital they only care about their personal matters and money. I was even asked to go consult Dr.Akmal the spinal surgeon who’s consultancy fee was 18000..... for no reason whatsoever. I was put in a very scary situation thinking my grandma had a very serious problem when in reality after showing to other doctors in different hospital it was only a minor issue. Don’t be fooled by this hospital.

Excellent hospital. Staff is very helpful, calm and friendly. Doctors are good. The place itself is very clean. Is a bit expensive but worth the money you pay.
