On 1st May 2018 I called them six times to order for delivery. Delivery department did not attend phone from 7:30 to 8:00 pm. I got my cellphone phone noted with reservation. The man told that I will receive a call. But, this never happened. They are pathetic in services specially in attending phones. What can I say about food quality. I decided never to go there or get delivery.

Lal Qila has been here for ages and a good place to take out family and friends. It's a buffet and they have Pan Asian to Desi to western cuisine. Foods good but some things are oily/greasy. Prices are economical and they have a good Hi Tea. The desert Is good I like the ambience of this place. I won't say it's bad but lacks finesse in the taste of some dishes. Peak hours are 9pm to 12 midnight. Could be very packed on weekends.

The food was great. Family atmosphereplace for little kids to jump around in s bouncing castle. The poet and clown are also there for your entertainment. Overall lots of good food and family oriented place.

With more than two decades being there, Lal Qila is better than ever. Vast variety of food selection and absolutely splendid ambience. All this topped up with a very courteous and efficient service. Five stars...

Built to look like a fort. In fact the name translate to Red Fort. Good choices of food both local and international. A good alternative to BBQ tonight if you have more than 3 days in Karachi, and no place/choices to go for dinner.
