Nice hotel. So close to Mall Road. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast was also good. Washrooms needs improvements.

We had a very strange experience. First we requested 3 times that there be very little ghee in our food and then we received the bath of ghee in our food as usual and the server refused to take the food back. The next time we ordered again we requested three times and we got it right. The server pressured us for tips by telling us he only received a salary of a thousand rupees a month. We asked for fresh towels we were only told that we get them every other day. When we did get them we received dirty ones. The server repeatedly lied to us about many things. Instead of apologising for his mistakes he would turn it around on us in political fashion. He spent two hours telling us how religious he is and lied through his teeth to us on a regular basis which we can write pages upon. We asked for fresh glasses to drink from he rinsed out our old ones with dirty water and came back dirtier because now they all had food crumbs in them. When we were served tea every spoon was crusted with food and there was a pubic hair on the plate. Spoke to the manager/owner we received no apology on his behalf but he did talk to the waiter and explained things to him and then had an over sized ego and said don't pay us anything and just leave in a disrespectful way like we were blame for the situation, knowing that we will pay and he was just trying to be smart and show he is above us. We were able to receive a lesson in Pakistani back hand slaps and political deviousness at its best. Very conniving people who saw us nothing more than a wallet than a guest.

Lalazar Hotel in Muree belongs to chain of Lalazar Hotels. Such a nice hotel to stay in on any of its locations. A reliable hotel with fine services.
