I recommend, I appreciate their fair deal. Few days ago I received a smart watch with some problem of display. After contact I sent that watch back to them. Just now I received a new watch in replacement of that defective one within 2 days.

Ordered a male to male usb, initially got the wrong product due to some human error, but was quickly resolved by the Laptab Team. The cable works fine and support system is also good. Would buy again from them. Thanks Laptab Support, especially Hassan and Zubair!

I purchased USD to VGA adapter for external display. it is not work at all. I contact to support they claim me money back and offer me another product USB to HDMI converter. They said this product is tested. You will get 1080 Resolution but its giving me only 800×600 resolution. I contact to support they forward me to technician he tell me that this product will not give you more than 800x600 resolution. I again contact to Support and that guy said me I will talk technician then call you back. Now both technician and support not attending my call. I do not want to call them with another number. they are selling products by misguiding. highly not recommended their low quality products.

Do not order from them, they have extremely poor quality products. i ordered two spy gadgets from them, both were of extremely poor quality, and one was even damage, and when i returned the damage one back and asked them to give me a different product other than Spy gadgets, They simply denied. And when i called them they hangup my call! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM They will not only waste your time but they will also make you suffer.

They are the biggest cheater. I ordered GSM desk phone. What I received was an old repaired phone. There were screw driver marks for opening the set and some burning mark as well. The IMEI number written at the back was different from the actual IMEI. There was no proper response from the contact person.

Extremely poor quality and no quality checking system. I have ordered a hd camers wrist watch but it was defective. After a long discussion and argument with incompetent staff I returned it back on laptab lahore address. No record maintenance, no technical staff and quite non responsive staff returned the watch after lapse of week and changed the model of wrist watch and it is also defective and poor quality. I threw it in bin. I strongly recommend not to buy any product from here you will have a bad experience.
