Today I had an unfortunate experience of visiting LaserInn Islamabad for hair transplant consultation. It started with a very immature promotional video which was labelled as a “documentary”. There is a big difference between the two. Then you get to meet a consultant who has nothing to do with the surgery, I don’t know about you guys but I prefer to be consulted by the person who is going to cut my skin up. Then it was just the same old promotional talk “we are the best in the country and so on”. Then I started with my questions: I started with inquiring about the doctor who was supposed to perform the surgery on me. Responses were dodgy and when I asked clarifying questions, the so called consultant termed my questions “stupid” and “irritating”. His statement was “I am telling you we are the best so this should be enough for you”. Have you guys ever been to a clinic that says we are bad? Let’s assume for a moment that my questions were in fact stupid and irritating, only a “stupid” consultant would actually say it out loud to a prospective client. Well as soon as I heard this, I very politely said I think we should end this meeting and I walked out without making any scene. And, as I was walking out of the clinic, I heard this consultant yell something to his staff about me. I remained patient and continued walking out because he was actually a pretty old guy with a very religious look and my manners didn’t allow me to misbehave. In my personal opinion I got a feeling that the Islamabad branch does not have experienced staff. And they are just using the name of their main doctor in Karachi and Lahore. And the consultant is extremely bitter, unprofessional, and is trying very hard to hide it. My final suggestion: please always ask a lot of questions about the doctor that is performing the surgery. Ask a lot of hard questions until you are fully satisfied. You are paying a lot of money for these procedures and it is the clinic’s job to satisfy them.

As they say "mashwara amanat hota hai", so looking at a few bad reviews down here, I feel all the more obligated to take my time to write an honest and detailed review about Laser Inn, F8 Islamabad and enlighten their future clients. My surgery was on 7th Aug 2021 and today they removed my bandage and gave my hair the first wash. So here is my experience so far: I was really nervous about getting the transplant due to the video of complication reported by a famous TV actor, and also because of Covid-19. So I consulted a few clinics. I finally settled for Laser Inn, F8 Islamabad based on personal suggestion of a friend who had gotten a transplant from them in 2014-15 (he came from UK for the transplant!). He had great results, so I made a deal with Laser Inn. Mr. Mumtaz (M.D. @ Islamabad) responded to all my queries very patiently and in a friendly manner. The surgery was painless (except for the anaesthesia injections of course), and throughout the 8-9 hour period of my surgery, the doctor and the whole staff was extremely polite, friendly and professional, and responded to all my questions to my satisfaction. I was quite comfortable the whole time, watching Olympics in the OT, talking to the staff, and they offered me a nice lunch in the afternoon. Dr Maria performed my surgery and she was very careful in trying to get the maximum grafts she could extract. Its the 3rd day, and looking at the result as shown in the pics attached, also without any complication and pain whatsoever, I am extremely satisfied with the service I got at Laser Inn. For anybody looking to get a transplant, I would recommend Laser Inn without giving a second thought. All the best with your transplant :)
