I have been member of life style gym since last couple of week. I found it a good fitness centre for fitness. The staff is friendly and they also provide personal training. I am on personal training from this month and so far I will rate 4 out of 5 for their training. The trainer is busy with 3 4 person on personal training at a time which make it a little difcult to get full attention from them. They have changing room so you can change there if you are coming directly from your workplace. There charges are $30 per month and one time $30 admission fee.

If you're looking for a cheap 'old school' kind of a gym; this is it. It might not be very spacious but has sufficient equipment and is nest for a lot of hard-core gym goers. Bear in mind that during rush hours it gets very crowded and hot especially during the summers. The air-conditioning is mostly just for show, I've rarely seen it turned on.
