So backwards with 1970’s bureaucratic outdated and ancient processes of stamps, requirement from customers for original payment Chalans from 13 years ago, photocopies etc etc Someone from higher up needs to shake it all On top of that, no appreciation of plots and due to inflation and devaluation of currency, more than 50 percent loss
