People are rude and VERY unprofessional. Brushes and makeup is of cheap quality, and most of the staff members don't know what they're doing. I went here on Thursday with 2 of my cousins, one was a bride, and they were terrible. I had to stop the girl every few minutes to tell how how to do my makeup, I got so fed up I had to keep fixing everything myself. I told the other girl not to use shimmer powder as setting powder for my cousin and after she said okay, she went ahead and still used it. i had to redo most of my makeup myself as well as my cousin and the bride's makeup. We sat in the waiting room and redid pretty much all of it, the staff walked passed us multiple times and saw me redoing the makeup but didn't even offer to fix it. The hair stylists were full of themselves, yet had a hard time doing my hair because its thin. They couldn't even figure out how to put in extensions. They considered putting on 1 coat of polish a manicure. There was no base polish applied or top coat. They also asked if i had washed my face before they started doing my makeup but didn't apply any moisturizer or any primer on my skin. My pores could have been seen from Mars! The lashes they applied on me were not fit to my lids, nor were they cut down to size. The entire night they kept irritating me. Overall, I would not recommend this place. It's a waste of money. They didn't even bother to have me fill out a comments card because they knew how unsatisfied I was.Also, I had to ask them to sanitize the brushes before they used them on us, and even then the only washed the brushes that were used on me, not my cousins.
