Firhill... has always been the first choice whenever me and my family are travelling to Murree. I have been staying here since 2010. Excellent location, quiet and peaceful have always been the plus points. However, sadly house keeping has gone down over the years....i would like to indicate a few areas of improvement so that we continue to enjoy the place and don’t have to look elsewhere. Small things like exhaust fans in washroom not working, choked drain in the wash room, carpets/rugs not cleaned, kitchenette cabins not being dusted, and low light of movie projector and sound system in dinning hall not working are some of the things that really spoiled my trip this time around. Please make the place great again. Btw heating system really improved. Thanks and sorry for being blunt!

Excellent Chinese for lunch, ordered Hot and sour soup, chicken corn soup, sweet and sour chicken, chicken chow mein and egg fried rice. Highly recommend.

One of the best place to stay in.. their customer representative humza was really good at dealing with us. The room service was excellent stayed at P6 had 3 rooms a kitchen and tv lounge.. tge central heating system was really good. The only problem was with the washroom they weren't upto the standard. Else this place has an open air cinema and one of the best brealfast in town.
