Great View , Great Service , Great reception If your in Murree I would definately suggest checking out this hotel

Was good at some point. Now not worth it. Central heating is not good in winters and breakfast is also downgraded

Nice location,close access to Murree and Islamabad,nice view of Murree valley,very cooperative and welcoming staff.

The location is Excellent; you could sit all day and enjoy the views. However it's not excellent Value for money. The breakfast is below average. Everything is charged separately, asking for an iron is a big deal.

Small apartment, good for families Neat and clean, good service, heater working, hot water 24 hours, parking space available, very good breakfast, reasonable price.

Yes I know that 1 star is a very bad rating. But I feel they earned it. Am not really a bad reviewer and I think I review responsibly because I know a reckless review can damage a business and jobs consequently. But this property feels deteriorating. You can feel the struggle in its furniture in its poorly maintained bathrooms and when the management don't bother looking after u then it means something is wrong. My guess is that in its current state the hotel won't run for long which will be shame considering its great views of the valley. The F&B manager was busy talking politics while I waited for my food in the open area. They didn't even had the bread & supplies to make a club sandwich which the waiter told me were being precured as I waited with my family for 1 hour and the I was shocked to find in the end that the sandwich I was served was outsourced. I did take it out on their F&B manager but he wasn't sorry and wanted me to hush hush and leave instead. Bad service once or twice is okay but the current hotel management, looks like has given up.

It was Feb 5 2021 when we visited this place. Lovely weather with snow fall was enjoyed here. Food was also good but faced differently in parking cars.

Not worth visiting, old building with leaking and dirty wash rooms. Not recommended for visit. Too high charges and pathetic food quality.

Nice place but needs updated prayer rugs.
