Very old building in saddar Rawalpindi with shopping center at ground and offices above. Ladies clothing, printing and photocopier machines, medical lab equipments, salon and parlor equipment, Chinese restaurant and Jamil sweets are all under one roof. Nearly all kind of small and medium business offices such as property, education, fitness, overseas employment etc are also there. Building require maintenance as well as renovation. There are no standard of cleanliness. Parking is very limited.
