I had a pleasant experience at Mansha Brothers regarding the servicing of my cordless Panasonic telephone set that started behaving weirdly after years of use. I was asked to explain the issue in detail, and a receipt was provided with the instructions that they would call me back in a day with an update about the phone. They called me on the second day, saying that the issue had been resolved and I could collect the phone. I was taken to their workshop where I was allowed to check the phone and try to reproduce the issue which no longer was present. A very nice overall experience, and Mr. Bilal's customer dealing was definitely impressive.
