The staff is RUDE , the system have a stone age operation. Senior citizens are kept wandering from one office to the other and are treated very harsh to get their very own money . I wish the responsible authorities take befitting steps to help the customers who made a huge mistake to deposit their hard earned money here .thanks

National saving bank. Still manual work is being done. This should be updated to latest technology. Only one center in jhelum makes it difficult for everyone to get their turn. Have wait hours and hours for getting served. Needs alot of improvement.

Good service i visited the jhelum branch In 2018 i stayed with the manager for most of the day him and his staff worked non stop They just took a short dinner break and started working like a machine again, I felt sorry for the staff that they haven't got modren equipments and it takes so long to do the work, i only blame the government to create unnecessary delays Otherwise Manager and his staff was brilliant Love you allstaff ❤❤❤❤❤
