Rude customer service telling people that their getting free meds

They offer discount and accept cards

Does not open at 8am am here right now and it's 8:30.

Always have all the medicines and they can provide you the quantity then and there

Medical store is good Have variety of medicines.owner has also tried their best to improve services. But one thing today i went to purchase medicine.i have given my card after entering my pin code a while later cashier return card and said card is declining. Which I gave cash. But at that moment I check my mobile payment was also being deducted from my mobile. Which I showed to them. But they said card is decline. So I after I check my balance from ATM infact card was charged but then transaction was return Now I am thinking was employees were playing or it actually decline and void by transaction.

Very very bad customer service. Purchased antibiotic syrup bottle, upon reaching home came to know that bottle seal was broken, went back to the shop but the staff refused to change it and instead told me that I have broken the seal and its not their fault. Very very bad experience, they have lost their customer, will never visit them again. My advice is always inspect the seal of every medicine before buying from them better stay away from this shop.
