I got Neat and tidy room and friendly staff. I stayed there each time i visit Lahore. Ita favourite hotel in lahore. Service should be more quick.

The worst hotel in the whole nation. The staff is full of lies and deceit . The hotel AC does not work, but they will use many scripts like “engineer is working on it” or “temp is coming down in some time it should work”. I changed 4 rooms during my stay and the AC was so bad. They then offered me a Pedestal Fan (Pak Fan) to put in the room . Such a bad hotel . I decided to leave after 3 days of listening to their nonsense. The hotel lift also caught fire on the last day. The manager is not interested and the owners have lost interest in the business. This hotel is a SCAM!!!

Worst experience.. Do not come here in summer. They do not care for their guests and purposely put AC at high temperature to save electricity consumption. After too many complaints they put a very old pedestal fan in my room which looks like i came back to 1980’s. See the pictures for proof.
