Very bad costumer services

Thank you very much for your excellent service. Your Hospital is very good at emergency response. We called for an ambulance for our neighbour, and within minutes ambulance arrived. Though our patient was v old and expired(Allah's will) at home but I want to appreciate the response we got and the prompt service . We were not charged for the whole service as family was In grief and staff was kind enough to not ask for money . Really appreciative

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and specially Dr. Zahida ,child specialist, were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how she really took her time to explain my child's conditions with me . I had a great visit and the doctor’s concern has really put me at ease so I highly recommend Maryam memorial hospital . Keep up the good work

Very nice and cooperative staff and doctors. I had great experience yesterday when i visited in emergency in severe stomach pain dt which i was even unable to move but the staff and doctor treated me so well and gave me a quick relief.. Thanks for keeping such a polite and humble staff and doctors.

Excellent services. I've always found them to be extremely helpful and some of the best doctors in town. Their administration is also very cooperative

This hospital is no longer like what it used to be. Same rubbish attitude staff like many other hospitals in Bahria Town. Totally disappointed. The staff has lost all the manners how to communicate and respect the patients coming in pain. I felt so bad this morning that their staff looks more sick and ill. I went to see GP Doctor as my cold and fever is not getting back to normal and I am feeling terrible and thought to go to emergency and get some meds. I am litreally shivering. The guy on the reception tells me the Duty Doctor had to leave coz she is not well ( which is totally ok) and I can see a Specialist for double the amount of money that I would spend for GP I refused and ask when the next GP Doc can be available to which he just doesnt have any answer. Is this how you do it. And the attitude is Wow. As if I am there for free Not a good hospital anymore.
