Great budget guest house. Has all the utilities including complementary breakfast, Ironing and cleaning. The staff was very cooperative. Made breakfast for me at 5am when I requested and did my ironing early morning. They do whatever you say and don't charge more. There were some areas of improvement: hotel was near to the train station so was noisy, internet was dead slow and some maintenance we required at the common room /corridor areas. Will definitely come back again.

A good guest house, pretty affordable the only problem is the service which is slow and if you talk about cleaning or ordering something. Expect it to take like 30mins minimum.
