Great budget guest house. Has all the utilities including complementary breakfast, Ironing and clean

Great budget guest house. Has all the utilities including complementary breakfast, Ironing and cleaning. The staff was very cooperative. Made breakfast for me at 5am when I requested and did my ironing early morning. They do whatever you say and don't charge more. There were some areas of improvement: hotel was near to the train station so was noisy, internet was dead slow and some maintenance we required at the common room /corridor areas. Will definitely come back again.
