Great Experience. Competent Doctor

My experience at Maxfac clinic was very useful. I had a detailed consultation session where all my concerns were addressed with care. The reason for my visit was to get opinion about braces. I was given full time and attention. The doctor (name) was very patient in discussing my fears and doubts before I could make a major dental decision. He also urged me to take my time to think about the consultation session and come back whenever I’m ready to decide if I wanted to take a service or not. I am definitely coming back again. I was very pleased with the way Dr. Shayan handled my scaling session. It was my first time visiting the clinic for scaling and he gave his best. At every point he asked me if I was uncomfortable or needed a break. He was also very polite with his staff. I have been to different clinics for scaling before but this one session was better because Dr. Shayan spent time doing everything precisely and perfectly.

⭐️ 1 Star only due to unprofessional Staff I didnt have a medical procedure by them however they have no medical ethics or patient privacy sensibility They didnt respond timely on my messages I sent them for inquiring about procedure and later on my complain they screenshot my inquiry which was so embarrassing as how they deal with the privacy of the patients. I would really not recommend them as they have 0 medical ethics and patients privacy is nothing to them or maybe they havent even heard about it I was seriously planning to spend a good amount at their clinic for teeth whitening however their loss for lack of professionalism & medical ethics!!!! Even after hearing my complain they responded extremely rude and unprofessional. This is the worse customer service experience I had. Save your time and money and spend on some professional clinics.
