Maxims restaurant karachi

Loved the food. The steaks were absolutely delicious. The quantity was good as well. But what I loved about this restaurant was the atmosphere. It's quiet, extremely comfortable, and not too crowded, and adding the slow, sweet music playing in the background makes it an absolutely blissfull experience. Definitely coming here again.

A real old restaurant in Karachi. Was basically a steak house but is now serving more variety including seafood.... Nice place to enjoy food

I eat out less. Long time back I took Maxim's steak with a group of friends. I fell in love with that food & environment. I lately tried to visit there but found it moved or couldn't find it because of Flyover system. This time I will search & understand it's location & then go & share the latest news

Pathetic experience. Would not recommend anyone visiting this place. Experienced worst service and food after a long time in Karachi. When ordering soup, they told us there's no option to order family servings! Worst is when we ordered chicken tarragon steak, thin slices of chicken in white sauce were served with stale mashed potatoes and stale fries. Fresh lime with 7 up had lemon seeds in it. We used bogo and still the bill was 3500 for 3 dishes. Would not recommend anyone this anymore ever

Excellent food

Average food, over priced. Moreover, dine in was closed due to renovation I guess so we had dinner on rooftop which wasn't so cosy or extraordinary. Indoor might be better which I didn't see so overall experience was just okay.

Visited Maxims after a long time. Last visited their outlet on the main road, now it has shifted inside the lane in a very “office style” building. Probably it was also our fault to give them 3 stars. When you go to Maxims as a rule only have their steak, however we had kids with us and we had to order burgers too which led to the fiasco. The steaks were pretty good, vintage Karachi steaks before the likes of Arizona Grill and others gave us more options and spoilt us for choice. Probably a 4-4.5 star. It was the burgers that took the rating down. First of all they did not have the Zinger burger, the one they recommended was one with Chicken patty which was not great. 1 star to that. The ambiance and environment was not that of a restaurant with the brand image of Maxims which was a major disappointment. Add that to the order being delayed as the waiter ordered what was written on the order form and “forgot” to turn the page to see what was written on the flip side and order that as well will probably make me wait a few more years before I visit again. Good potential, not so great execution.
