Customer Services are not like Middle East

Worst experience, very disappointed. We tried wraps and kids meal. They don't know even how to wrap

Worst experience, very disappointed. We tried wraps and kids meal. They don't know even how to wrap them properly, moreover it was too cold. In gents washroom, only 2 basins are available and tap of one of them (left one) was not working. But the cold drink was the worst of all, no gas at all, it was simple sugary water without ice cubes. Kids used to play with their good quality toys (offered Free with kids meal) but look it's quality now. Got 2 of them and both were of the lowest quality. Strawberry Shake was the only thing that tasted good.

Service is alright compare to competitors but in this day of age , they just play with customers come on !!! they just lie their card machine not working just avoiding taxes I guess, MacDonald and no card machine working ???? Come on
