Doctors are really very good and supportive. Of you have a prior appointment then you would not face any problem otherwise wait has no limit :)

Horrible experience! They are severely understaffed. The doctors are really good but the waiting hours suck. They have one doctor doing ultrasound and it takes ages to get a simple ultra sound done. The whole process is frustrating and a test of your nerves. They really need to develop their ultrasound department and hire more people. They just have one room which is not sufficient for all the patients that come daily. Even if you have an appointment it takes u an hour to two hours to get checked.

Dr. Rabia Mahmood, a gynecologist at MEDICSI, is by far the best doctor in Islamabad. We came here on recommendation of a friend and it turned out to be the best decision for me and my wife. Rabiya is a humble doctor. She is not only competent and professional but also provides assistance over phone outside her working hours. It's a luxury every pregnant woman yearns for. I'd STRONGLY recommend her.

Around two weeks ago I visited Dr. Sumaira Umbreen in Medicsi G7 Blue Area ISB. Firstly her consultation fee over the website is Rs2000 but when I went to the hospital they asked for extra charges which was Rs3000 which I wasn’t mentally prepared to give It was way too much to give than my expectations & just for her hardlyyy 7-8 mins of time. She was in a lot of rush & wasn’t clearly listening to what I had to tell neither looked properly at my file & previous history. Kept asking is there anything else to ask without even answering the ones I just asked her. It was too disappointing choosing her after travelling for hours just to consult with her on someone’s recommendation but it ended up sitting in front of the most rudest person & unethical I must add. She was attending two two patients at the same time in two different rooms so I get it why she was keeping it so short as she was JUST concerned about the next one in the other room. In short seems like a really rude person who is sitting there just to earn the money & not sincere with her profession. I tired to call her & ask her things which she never answered that day of visit but she spoke so rudely & literally told me am in clinic right now I can not talk to you knowing am in pain. Never would suggest anyone to go to her as they make fool of people giving something else over the website whereas their receptionist tell you a different Fee! HIGHLY UNSATISFACTORY DR. SUMAIRA UMBREEN 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 You don’t even deserve a single star! I pray you fear Allah & get sincere for once with your profession which you took an oath for & will be answerable for after death!

Pathetic place. Bad experience in terms of management n facilities. Long long waiting hours. Plus there is no place for attendants. They are asked to wait outside in such hot weather. That too for hours and while standing. Even talking to the admin about it didnt do any good. They charge heavy but have no facilities for the attendants and even some of the female patients have to stand while waiting. Poor management as compared to the fees they are charging. 👎
