We are totally satisfied with doctors & their lady assistants. Dr Isma Kamal handled the complicated case very professionally. The upsetting fact is that their male staff & workers are totally unprofessional & provide no clear answers on call. Please train your staff. Its a private hospital & don't treat your patients like a government hospitals. Be very clear with the communication & get some some sensible script whenever you were called by patients. Thanks

Around two weeks ago I visited Dr. Sumaira Umbreen in Medicsi G7 Blue Area ISB. Firstly her consultation fee over the website is Rs2000 but when I went to the hospital they asked for extra charges which was Rs3000 which I wasn’t prepared to give I was way too much to give just for her 7-8 mins of time. She was in a lot of rush & wasn’t clearly listening to what I had to tell. Kept asking is there anything else to ask without even answering the ones I just asked her. It was too disappointing choosing her after travelling for hours just to consult with her. She was attending two two patients at the same time in two different rooms so I get it why she was keeping it so short as she was concerned about the next one in the other room. In short seems like a really rude person who is sitting there just to earn the money & not sincere with her profession. I tired to call her & ask her things which she never answered that day of visit but she spoke so rudely & literally told me am in clinic right now I can not talk to you knowing am in pain. Never would suggest anyone to go to Dr. Sumaira Umbreen as they make fool of people giving something else over their website whereas their receptionist tells you a whole different thing surprisingly shocking! I just don't understand what kind of emergency is this. They never pick up call for appointment or what so ever. Where do we call? Who should we contact this is height of negligence on your part what if someone is in dire need of help. The f-7 OPD is far better than the Saudi Pak tower emergency atleast they pick up calls. Atleast they provide customer service. Pathetic customer service 😐 absolute disappointment 🙄😞

My baby boy is born in medicsi and I had a wonderful experience with Dr Marzia hafeez Alvi, I was on GDM and she took best decisions for me and my baby. She is very kind and very experienced gynaecologist I have ever seen in Pakistan. The duty doctor Dr maria and nurses were also professional and kind. My anaesthetist Dr Abdullah gave me epidural. He was also very professional and kind. He guided me at every step of epidural. They allowed my husband to stay with me all the time in delivery room which made me very comfortable and relaxed. Thank you medicsi for the best treatment.

very Expensive And all the delivery are operated here. We had very bad experience here
