Extremely ridiculous service. No customer care. No customer service. Each and every time 1 out of the 3 counters is empty. They say that there ticket service works first for the bank card holders, but i assure you that no matter whatever card you use for tickets, your number will be called much later sometimes even after 1 hour, because they serve their personal contacts and customers who meet them at their office tables. Even today i took my ticket and was waiting and waiting and waiting ✋. And what i saw was the same , at least 6 customers (with no tickets in hand) were preferred to be served first , because they were their officers personal contracts. I will soon close my account. I think there are many more other options than this bank. Despite of all that, they call their bank (best bank of pakistan)

Meezan Bank Branch located on main road Qasimabad, I do believe that Meezan Bank is one of best banking chain in Pakistan. There customer services were fine and the branch also have ATM facility and good thing is that ATM remains not so crowded.
