It has been 2 months I applied for car financing and after all got it approved 3 weeks back but from

It has been 2 months I applied for car financing and after all got it approved 3 weeks back but from that day till now I have been told that you will receive your car after two days and the trend continues , now I have been told that it will be delivered on Friday....I told them several times I live in a village 80 Kms away from their branch but they keep on cracking same joke again and again. 2ndly I applied for car with 40% down payment but they approved the case with 20% down payment without giving me the notice or even without letting me know so that they can get maximum profit of it. I don't know why are they doing this after deducting down payment from my account and even made a draft in favour of motor company 2 weeks back, I have still no idea when will I receive my car.
