First and definitely the last experience for us. Very poor service..the waiters didnt even bother to hand over the menu cards themselves. After waiting for 15 minutes idle, we asked for the cards ourselves (although there was no rush and almost the whole place was empty)..and then nobody was there to take the order. Had to call twice to finally get the order recorded, which was delivered after 45-50 minutes. Food was good though, but serving size smaller than the other similar and nearby restaurants. The ordered drinks were not served. The worst thing for us was the extremely poor service. Overall, a very bad experience. We are definitely never going to this place again!!!

So we went with 2 friends for the high tea and ordered a high tea platter. We got a superb variety in the platter and or was more than enough for the three of us! The savories were however better than the desserts. The service was courteous and efficient. Overall, it was a good experience.

If you want to waste your money and time Meraki is the best option. I paid more than Rs.4000/- for Iftaar Dinner and in return experienced extremely rude behavior of waiters who got annoyed when I requested him to serve tea on my table. Very unprofessional style of working.

The only thing which I found good here was the ambience. Otherwise the food was not good at all. There were no spices and taste. Plus they charge too much for such food so I won't recommend this at all.

Location was OK. Congested in Iftar dinner buffet . The services of waiters were little slow. Sweet dishes were wonderful. Chinese and fish was delicious. Tea was not good.
