Would give 0 starts if google gave that option. Got my suit washed from them. After picking it up I wore the clothes and realized there were 3 holes on my sleeve. Took the clothes back just to have my complaint denied. Not only did they deny my complaint, they accused me of lying and saying I made the holes in my own clothes. I’ve been their client for 10+ years. Never using Mercury again! People be ware, they ruin your clothes and don’t even apologize for their negligence. In fact utterly disrespectful staff, told me to get out of their store since other customers were over hearing my complaint. Mercury, I hope Karma gets you!
