Pros; Parking space Pos service is one of the best in metro Neat and clean environment Cons; Poor quality of products due to 3rd quality suppliers. Most of the branded items are 1st copy specially the beverage and diary products. Vegetables and fruits are not available in good quality. Prices are very high as compare to other grocery marts.

Metro Mall has limited variety of articles. Most often the quality of items is poor. In addition, the price of standard quality items is way higher as compared to most of the general stores in the town. Metro being a wide chain of stores should offer discounted prices instead. Their staff behaves rude. esp. "the counter guys".
