Though there were bad experiences in the past, but recently it was good. On time, helpful, and professional driver. The booking operator needs to be more polite and professional though.

Pathetic experience. At the end of the ride, the driver quoted me the fare of PKR 1,025. Upon asking for a receipt, the driver said Metro Radio Cab does not have an SMS receipt service. Next morning I received a text of receipt of PKR 900. I complaint on their customer service twice, it has been over 3 weeks and I have not heard back from them. #muggers
