Pathetic experience. At the end of the ride, the driver quoted me the fare of PKR 1,025. Upon asking for a receipt, the driver said Metro Radio Cab does not have an SMS receipt service. Next morning I received a text of receipt of PKR 900. I complaint on their customer service twice, it has been over 3 weeks and I have not heard back from them. #muggers
