I stayed there on 27th July their workers are thieves. they theft some luggage. rooms are better but staff their is véy cheap.

Better bedding and clean toilets. AC works but not on generator when power fails. Fan, light, fridge and TV work on solar power. Not bed n breakfast. Kitchen opens 8am. Overall good experience.

This is a budget priced hotel. We stayed here this past week, while my husband was in Muzaffarabad for work. The room was somewhat clean, but not really. There was a pair of dirty men's jeans left hanging on the back of the bathroom door, a dirty hair comb on the dresser, the wardrobe smelled, one of the pillows had stains on it, the AC/heater unit had so much dust on it, it triggered my asthma. The room & bathroom truly needed a good scrubbing/cleaning. The hotel staff were friendly & courteous, so that was a plus.
