Mocca Coffee islamabad

Good tase but not very extraordinary one. Quiet place where u can spend some time away from hustle and bustle. Mixed items are served like Mexican, Italian and continental. Coffee is very much popular here. Out door sitting is also available and is good. I personally didn't like soup variety of this place. Steaks are ok. Overall good place with some romantic touch.

Very good coffee and excellent service. Love this place but they close too early. Update: Service isn't all that great anymore.

It has quite a unique and different menu when compared with other cafe's, what I like the most about this place is there focus on health and offering menu which is more health oriented. Though for some of the things the prices are too high and they seem a bit overrated. But on the whole it is a nice place, with calm ambience and a nice view.

Few years ago Mocca Coffee used to be the best, for Coffee and the place itself as well. But now seem to me that they have lost their thing. Its another boring and dull place with average and sometimes below average offerings. I was disappointed upon my last visit, the clocks on the wall doesn’t work the books are outdated and worn out filled with dust, the place isn’t clean all this gives a glimpse of their seriousness towards their business.

A nice place to sit and relax

Overall everything at Mocca is good, except their staff. Cards don’t work here and the staff won’t tell you that until the time they share the bill and then to top it off there is no ATM in the whole Kohsar market. The customer experience leaves a bitter taste despite the good food.

I had a terrible experience at mocca today. I was sitting waiting for my friend to show up, and she was running late. I let them know that I will order once my guest arrives. After about 20 minutes, the waiter came to me and placed the menu in front of the book I was writing notes in. I asked him why he did that. He said I should order. Should I leave if I don't want to order now and he said yes you've been sitting for a long time. My friend arrived just then. We asked to speak to the manager because I found this service rude. They didn't call the manager nor did they give us his number even when we asked. We ordered eventually.

Mocca has better coffee than most places. Used to have a good carrot cake which has unfortunately dried out over the last year or so. The place seldom has a working card machine so only go if you have cash on you
