I purchased a shoes (Peshawri Chappal) costs around 8k. They praised it saying Sir its original leather and etc, which some sales person do to just grab a customer and they were dealing very friendly at the time when I was purchasing it. After that I wears it for only 2 hours and its sole turn into worse, luckily I was in Isb, I went into their shop and asked them to replace this article or whatever but I will not waer this shoes that sole turns into harsh within few hours and it looks so bad from below and sides like thin strings spread all over the side of shoes, Well when I went back to them, The staff was behaving unethically like they don’t own this shoes and they were not listening carefully at all. A very very unethical Staff, They asked me you should contact to claim support yourself and they will respond. First they were not agreeing to admit that shoes doesn’t look bad and it is fine blah blah. After that they claimed the shoes and after 10 days they called me and said “ Sir they did not replaced the sole they just polished it and we are sending it your nearby store” I went and picked the shoes and it was dust. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. A VERY UNETHICAL STAFF OF THIS STORE.

Went in, wanted a shoe but they did not have the size I needed. So they said they will order it and I can pick it up next week. One week later I go in, they didn't even order it and then have the audacity to tell me to go elsewhere to pick it up. Poor service and not capable of completing a simple task.
