Model Colony Railway station is stop operation since 2007,before that time it was operational and also you have to get local train from here, But today its A landfill site( Garbage Point ) Govt should take care of this place, front of garbage point there is Majid as well, but trucks are unloading garbage here, and this is the center of public place and pleaple are living front of garbage railway station

Unfortunately model colony malir railway station is closed and for Soo many years and there is masjid located infront of railway station and lots of garbage been thrown up by local people's near railway station . A long years ago Karachi circular also uses model colony malir railway station track. This railway station really needs Soo much attention .
