Below par quality baked goods. Both sweet and savory products are substandard, overpriced and lacking freshness, except for maybe a handful of items in the cookie display window which happen to be mediocre at best in terms of quality if they're freshly prepared. They have the very same stale cakes sitting in the display window of a counter since the very day the bakery was first opened years ago. That entire section is fit for a gutwrentching exposé on Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares
