I do not like hotel. As they are no value for the money. Their room rates are high. Reception staff was not good at all. They are not well behaved. Lack of knowledge. Room had a leakage all water of bathroom was leaking. They change the room quickly but was that is why I am give 2 star. The hotel food is worst. Do not Order anything from the hotel. Our family was trapped in lift. Their was no one to open the door as they were not experience. It took them 30 mins to open the lift door. Room service worst. This hotel is only good for the companies as their major revenue come from them this what I observe not sure. They are not focus on seasonal tourist my observation only. Also it is on high place for old people it will be hard to Climb.

The hotel is situated at the center of town and it is placed at the vital location. The services are good but still need lots of improvement. This selection of place is good and the visitors may approach to the Mall Road within seconds as the Mall Road is key place of town. The views from building rooms are very appealing and one will love to stay there.

So far the best place to stay in. Not that expensive. Have central heating system in rooms, 24 hours hot water availability is just love. Fair parking area. And the good thing is, it is closest to mall road. Rooftop breakfast in bright sunlight with sight seeing makes your stay worth it.

Review

We booked luxurious room with bath tub but when we reached there the furniture was very old and overall look of room was not that good as they described on phone. Also bathtub was broken. I will say the room rent was expensive and room was just OK.
