Our recent stay 6/6 thru 6/14 was not a good one, this was our second stay in as many years This time we experienced, dirty, rooms, carpet, drapes, curtains, crown molding, air conditioning malfunction, lamps broken and not working, old telephones, old bathrooms, toilets leaking etc...It looked like hotel has had no upkeep, no remodeling, no improvements. Air in the hallways and rooms was soggy and stale. Service in front lobby was polite an courteous. Food in restaurants was good. Bad experience in breakfast area, waiters and the hostess arguing with guests on trivial stuff in front of all other guests, very unprofessional, just trying to show power, typical Pakistani culture, this cannot be acceptable SOP. Rooms made up, with no hand towels, no wash cloths, and reduced amenities. Mistakes on the checkout bill, added breakfasts charges even though breakfast was included in the room rate; host in breakfast area was rude and unprofessional, stopped me in front of guests and told me we have only one guest in our room, i must pay for my wife's breakfast, i told him check your records and do not stop me again, this was very rude and disrespectful, this host needs mentoring and training, actually most of the waiters and hosts in that area need mentoring and guidance in how to deal with guests, they appear to be low level employees who are trying to show power, not behaving at all like employees of a 5 star hotel. not sure we will consider this place next year for our stay. hope this constructive feedback will help you improve your product, personnel and processes.
