I bought some clothes which did not fit. I went back to exhange the items for a different size and they were not really happy to coopererate asking too many questions and some of their staff members were unattentive and uninterested to help and were just sitting around chatting to each other which is highly unprofessional and rude. But they have to abide by their own policy so another employee helped me out. They also overcharged me for 1 item. Their prices are reasonable but only after they supposedly give you a discount to make you feel better. Still overcharged for a low quality trouser which costs half the price in market. First and last time i ever visited khan.
