This is just an average pet store. The staff is cooperative but appears less experienced. I took my Russian dog to this store for a hair cut and the cutting resulted in bruises all over the body of dog, he is very uncomfortable since, it is very hard for him to sit now. They should be more careful while using machines.

The pet clinic is at very ideal place for the people around Chaklala and Airport area. The staff is very cooperative and they are very good with the pets. There is also a day care facility for the pets and a feed shop nearby. The prices are quite reasonable for the service they give.

The female doctor treated my cat ... My cat had a miscarriage ..and the doc treated her very professionally plus the staff was very affectionate with the animals ... I had a very good experience ... But you have to remind them for sterilisation of table and other stuff. But over all nice clinic.. charges are also very reasonable
