Visited in winters 2021-22 Room had beautiful views, Inverter AC and kerosene heaters and hot running and water all the time. Room was beautiful as well with all the woodwork in it. Service is good, specially the guy named Karim who was up early morning even in sub zero temperatures to help people with heaters. Internet isn't so great and there are frequent power outages but hopefully that'll be resolved soon.

Young staff were all very nice but 1 very rude manager made the whole stay unpleasant. Tap water was dirty and the washroom smelled bad which the manager was not willing to acknowledge. Food was ok. Room cleanliness ok. Good parking, which is hard to find in this area. With better management, this could be a five star resort.
