Tried to purchase suits online. I followed procedure and booked suits. The manager would say a different thing and the person answering emails would say a different thing. I have never dealt with such stress and confusion. Manager would say you can have it at COD if delivered within Pakistan and my suits are safe not sold. An hour after The representative in email sends a message stating my order is cancelled and I lost my booking and have to book again even though these are limited edition suits and cannot be booked again. He would say i have 6 hours to deposit the money into the bank account, because of the time difference I couldn't deposit the money into the account but I offered PayPal which is offered on their website but he would ignore that and either say interac money transfer. I told him to COD it to my sister in Pakistan but he would say their system is not accepting that at the moment. That is not how a big online retail business is done. I have a feeling the worker sold the suits in black at a big profit and then made this story up because every time I would ask for a proper invoice I would be ignored. I called so many times and no one would answer other than that one time. Extremely difficult to purchase suits online and so far I had a stressful experience. They claim PayPal and credit cards shopping available but I was only offered bank deposit which makes it look something fishy is going on.
