The train is more a like small cage which has parallel seating. The middle seats have no view to the outside windows. The train has just 700 meters to cover. It goes through the busy road, passing by a hotel which has a huge parking load. Then the train circles a cliff, the views are blocked by large trees. The train does not let you out to see the hills. There is a recorded voice serving as the guide. The cost of ticket is Rs. 300 (2$) for adults and Rs. 150 (1$). Which to the visual offer is high.

The best place in Murree and the only place worth visiting is Kashmir Point. It has the best views and most worthwhile things to do. One of these is this Safari Train. It's cheap, nice and convenient. They take you on a ride around the big Governor House. The kids will have a good time. Its slow moving so there is no security risk for small children. Nearby are many eateries, shops and horses. Many things to do. Have fun!
