I've held myshop in high regard according to the authenticity of their products but lately my experience of shopping and repairs has been really bad. Firstly becareful of buying new products from here because they donot give official warranty of laptops, only myshop warranty which is a joke. Non warranty laptops are cheaper aswell. Secondly because of this the laptops can be opened before hand and even refurbished. Moreover, i always used to drive much farther from my home to have my laptop repaired from here, because of the trust i had in them even though they were more expensive. But last time i had my laptop repaired from here, they made it even worse than before and even took out my laptop's ram and replaced a faulty one in its place and just told me sorry your laptop couldn't be fixed. Upon my confrontation they said we don't do this stuff. I was very surprised but their conduct being such a big company. I have never gone back to these crooks again.

Mr. Danish an employee of this organization turned out to be a saving angel such professionalism and very kind heart and humble guy i had some battery issues in my Microsoft surf laptop i bought from here few months back and i was almost certain that this going to cost me alot but due Mr. Danish professional approach my problem was resolved with in half an hour. Indeed Mr. Danish is an asset for this company. Hats off to this young man.
