I have been going to N-Gents since 2018 and I have never needed to look for another service like them. High-quality services, competent and polite staff who knows what they are doing and have never failed to deliver. Additionally, they were one of the few places I was comfortable going to because they adhered to the SOP protocols required for all businesses these days. So whether it's a haircut, manicure, pedicure, or massage, N-Gents is the right place for you. And yes I know it's pricey but I have found they deliver what they are charging for unlike some other so-called high-end salons.

High end premium salon with professional staff. It doesn't mean that you will start looking like a movie star in one haircut or grooming. You need to give at least three haircuts and multiple grooming experience to have an actual result. Overall a good experience as I only had haircut, will try few other groomings next time.

The person doing my hair styling always seems to be in a rush. He literally said "it's done sir, thank you" and just left. The reason? They want as many customers as possible because that means more tips. Like they'll just move to get another customer without satisfying the first one. Pathetic standard and I'm never visiting this place again. Happened twice with two different people. Look at the prices and then the standard of people working there. No manners, always in a rush and not even doing what they've been told to in a right way. Shameful.

The person who cut my hair (Jibran) cut way too much off the top. I told him to fade the sides which he did excellently but I also told him to not cut off any off the top and to just set it. All of a sudden after cutting the sides, he starts cutting a lot of the hair off the top. This is an issue all across Karachi. Hair stylists and artists think they’re too expert and do things without asking the client. Please train your staff to ask clients before every major step in their look. They know more about their own hair then stylists do. I had my walima the day after my cut and was disappointed that my hair was too short on the top. Besides that, the service was good but doesn’t mean much if they think they are too expert without asking their clients.
