Best nadra office in Islamabad, visit anytime allot of counters you dont have to wait like before. Staff is friendly and cooperative. Only issue is parking space for the office , from 11 pm to 4 pm you would be very lucky if you can get a spot.

Excellent facility with cooperative staff. Usually took 30 ~ 45 minutes to complete the process for your application. Best option for office going persons to visit after 6 PM.

Horrible service. Mismanaged. All counters don’t work. Always crowded at night. Had to wait four hours for my turn to make a simple family registration certificate. The name fast track and 24 hour service are totally misleading.

An upgraded facility for the residents of Islamabad, Rawalpindi. You get notified on your cell phone after your application has been entertained. If you have to collect CNIC only you or your blood relative can receive the CNIC on your behalf. When you get the receipt of your application, just to be safe take a picture of that receipt, in case you misplace the receipt NADRA staff can entertain you on the picture of the receipt. Although first time visitors can get confused as the signs on front are not elaborative enough and you can never get a parking here must park in front of Dwatson.

Review

Went for child registration certificate. At submission they asked to submit CNIC copies of parents. Remember this is NADRA asking you to submit CNIC copies which they have in their system. Finally they produced the certificate on time but on a distorted paper where some of the information is misprinted on CRC.
