Arguably the most ill-managed NBP branch in the city. Being the central branch it sees a lot of cust

Being the central branch it sees a lot of customer traffic for pension, challan fees etc. And there is little done in the way of managing such a crowd. Therefore don't come in with an expectation of an early release - you are going to spend at least an hour or two here.
