I was asked awkward questions while I was checking in, was also made to feel uncomfortable then eventually taken to my room. The first room I was given had cockroaches and the toilet was very dirty. I was then moved to another room without me even asking. The second room was cleaner but the toilet was still not adequate. The room had a double bed, storage for items, two chairs, a table and two glasses. The view was of the back of buildings from both the rooms I was given. Although I was provided free bottled water. All night there was regular (every 15minutes) noise from the opposite room banging, shouting etc. I called to complain from my mobile, as the phone in the room was not working and was unprofessionally/rudely told there were no other rooms available, even though the hotel was completely empty apart from the room opposite. Overall, I would not stay here again even if it was at a bargain price. I would look at the many other hotels that are within walking distance.

I just wanted to beware tourist who come from abroad who pay a lot off money these shittys and service yak it’s not looks like what they showed really bad service they don’t know how to talk no manners I wasn’t going to give one star but there was no option to comment without one star

A good hotel with clean and neat rooms. Food is satisfactory. Most of all it is well located and economical.
